Darfur region governor Minni Arko Minawi disclosed that he had received “horrific” news from the Siyah area in North Darfur about rape crimes committed by the RSF militia.
In a post on Facebook, Minawi said, “As always, the RSF militia continues its tactics of attacking, displacing citizens from their areas, and looting their property.”
