Fluctuations in Foreign Exchange Rates

Sudan’s parallel market witnessed fluctuating foreign currency rates. On Sunday, the U.S. dollar traded between 2,650 and 2,750 SDG. Other currencies, such as the Saudi Riyal, ranged between 704.78 and 731.38 SDG, while the Egyptian Pound traded between 54.53 and 56.59 SDG. Despite the volatility in the black market, official bank rates remained stable.
