Al-Saab called to allow foreign companies to enter the auction and provide invitations and facilitate export procedures for exporters and clearance, stressing the need to approve incentives and government steps to encourage the national exporter to enter into the purchase of crops, and expected not to enter investors this year due to the conditions of war and security conditions surrounding the country.
