A follow-up by Al-Ahdath revealed fluctuations in the exchange rates of foreign currencies against the Sudanese pound in the parallel market.
The dollar’s price saw a decline on Wednesday, with its rate dropping to 2,500 pounds. Meanwhile, the Egyptian pound rose, and other currencies stabilized.
According to traders, the Saudi riyal was priced at 664.89 pounds, the Egyptian pound at 50.37 pounds, the Emirati dirham at 681.19 pounds, the euro at 2,631.57 pounds, the British pound at 3,125 pounds, and the Qatari riyal at 683.06 pounds.
