Russian Delegation Explores Investment Opportunities in the Red Sea

The Acting Governor of the Red Sea State, Secretary-General of the Government, Fathallah Al-Haj Ahmed, received a Russian investment delegation currently visiting the state, led by Mr. Ivan, the head of the Russian Investment Group, in the presence of the Director-General of Infrastructure in the state, Mohamed Shams, and the representative of the General Authority for Investment in the state.

Mr. Ivan stated in a press statement that the meeting discussed the activities of the Russian Investment Group and the available investment opportunities in the Red Sea State, including in the fields of infrastructure, tourism, marine resources, and mining, as well as the state’s efforts to attract investment. He expressed the delegation’s appreciation for the state government’s attention to investment issues and its encouragement of work in this sector.
