The Sudanese Council of Ministers has allowed the importation of all types of vehicles.
A decision was issued by the Council of Ministers canceling the requirement for the model year for vehicle imports and opening the door for the importation of all types of vehicles.
The decision, however, imposed restrictions on the use and age limits for sedans, public transport vehicles, and freight transport vehicles. It clarified that this does not include machinery not classified as vehicles, such as loaders, cranes, winches, and agricultural equipment.
