Rise in Gum Arabic Prices

The prices of crops in the Nyood Market showed significant stability on Tuesday.
Rudi Ali Baraka, the auction manager at the market, reported that the price of a quintal of peanuts remained at 26,000 Sudanese pounds in cash and 27,000 pounds through the electronic payment system.
Baraka also explained that the price of peeled sesame dropped to 820,000 pounds in cash, while it remained at 900,000 pounds through electronic payment.
Regarding gum arabic prices, he noted a rise, with prices ranging between 205,000 pounds in cash and 225,000 pounds through electronic payment.
Sesame prices remained stable between 65,000 and 70,000 pounds in cash, while prices for hibiscus and watermelon seeds ranged between 40,000 and 45,000 pounds in cash.
