The Egyptian pound maintained its rise against the Sudanese pound in the parallel market on Sunday, while other foreign currencies remained stable.
Foreign exchange traders indicated that the exchange rate for the dollar in the parallel market on Sunday remained steady at 2650 pounds. The Saudi riyal was at 706.66 pounds, the Emirati dirham at 722.07 pounds, the euro at 2704.08 pounds, the British pound at 3231.70 pounds, and the Egyptian pound at 52.76 pounds. The Bahraini dinar was at 6973.68 pounds, the Qatari riyal at 730.02 pounds, the Omani riyal at 6973.68 pounds, and the Kuwaiti dinar at 8548.38 pounds.
