Mineral Resources Emphasize Commitment to Environmental Regulations in the Red Sea

Mohamed Ahmed Mohamed Osman Al-Haj Tita, Director of the Sudanese Mineral Resources Company in the Red Sea State, stressed his strong commitment to activating all tools of monitoring and supervision over the mining sector in the Red Sea.

During a regular meeting on Wednesday, which included the Director of Mineral Economics Security, the Director of Mining Security Police in the state, the Head of Market Division, the Head of Collection Division, and the Supervisors of the State Markets, Tita emphasized the necessity of adhering to environmental regulations and following safety and occupational health tools. He praised the significant coordination between related parties in monitoring and supervising mining activities in the state to preserve the environment and ensure workers’ safety, alongside increasing production, maximizing revenue, and providing services to host communities for mining industries and activities.
