Bank of Khartoum has issued important guidelines for its customers to protect their bank accounts from theft or hacking. The bank warned that many unsafe pages are falsely promoting themselves under the name of Bank of Khartoum, aiming to steal customers’ personal information.
The bank outlined several key instructions that customers must follow and share on their personal pages to raise awareness. These include never sharing personal banking details or login credentials with anyone.
Furthermore, the bank emphasized the importance of verifying official bank channels and avoiding misleading pages attempting to steal personal information.
Bank of Khartoum urged customers to immediately report any fraud attempts and request account closure if they suspect their account has been compromised. Customers should use the official bank contact numbers for such reports.
