Khartoum Governor Prevents Factories Relocation

The Governor of Khartoum state Ahmed Osman Hamza issued a decision banning any relocation of factories and heavy equipment from Khartoum State without contacting the state competent authorities and the relevant bodies regarding prove of ownership and discharge certificate from any financial obligations towards the state.
