Khartoum Water Corporation: Transmission Lines Sterilized, Water Scientifically Treated

The Khartoum State Water Corporation confirmed that water from all sources undergoes continuous monitoring, testing, and treatment before being pumped into transmission lines, using scientific purification and sterilization methods.

In a press statement, the Public Relations and Media Department noted that ongoing maintenance and sterilization of transmission lines are being carried out. It clarified that a recent warning about one of the transmission lines was inaccurately reported, causing unnecessary confusion.

The department reassured citizens that the water produced by the stations is pure, monitored by on-site laboratories, and that both transmission lines and distribution networks are sterilized and regularly inspected.
