Joint Forces: RSF Allies “Weaker than a Spider’s Thread”

Colonel Ahmed Hussein Mustafa, spokesperson for the Joint Force of Armed Struggle Movements, said that El Fasher is fully under control on all fronts.

Speaking to Al-Muhaqiq, Mustafa stated that RSF militias and their allies, having failed on the ground, resorted to heavy artillery shelling of the city. El Fasher, as well as Nevesha and Abu Shouk IDP camps, are experiencing intensive bombardment, resulting in civilian casualties.

Mustafa confirmed that some infiltrations occur during shelling, but the forces respond effectively. He noted that groups allied with the RSF—including forces loyal to Abdelaziz al-Hilu, Taher Hajer, and Al-Hadi Idris—participated in the attacks, but emphasized that the alliance “cannot and will not take the city.”

He described the confidence as stemming from the resolve and determination of El Fasher’s defenders, dismissing the RSF allies as “weaker than a spider’s thread” who only joined for personal gain, sharing responsibility for the RSF’s crimes.
