Activists on Monday urged human rights organizations to intervene and bury dozens of bodies scattered along the El-Fasher–Tawila road in North Darfur.
The Abu Shouk Camp Emergency Room issued a statement, as reported by Darfur24, calling on organizations operating in human rights to urgently address the situation.
The statement noted that the bodies belonged to individuals who died from various causes, including thirst, hunger, deliberate killings, disease, and disorientation during travel.
“The increasing scattering of bodies along the road requires immediate intervention,” the statement emphasized.
