Central Bank Reveals Export and Import Figures

The Central Bank of Sudan’s mid-year trade report revealed that the country’s exports in the first half of the year stood at $1.354 billion, with gold leading the list at $883.5 million.
Imports, meanwhile, totaled $2.641 billion, dominated by wheat valued at $789.5 million.
For comparison, Sudan’s total exports in 2024 reached $3.134 billion, while imports were valued at $4.911 billion.
