Sovereign Council Member: No Retreat from the Path of Liberation

Abdullah Yahya Ahmed, Member of the Transitional Sovereign Council and leader of the Sudan Liberation Forces Alliance, made a field visit on Wednesday to the frontlines of operations in North Kordofan.

He was received by field commanders of the Joint Forces, where he inspected the troops’ readiness and front positions.

In his address, Yahya reaffirmed that the Joint Forces “will not retreat from the path of liberation,” describing the battle as one of “will and determination.”

He outlined the next strategic objectives: to fully liberate North Kordofan, advance toward Darfur, lift the siege on Al-Fashir, and completely free the region.

Yahya praised the troops’ bravery, saying their heroism “is writing the finest pages of valor across Kordofan and Darfur.”

He called on all fighters to remain united and steadfast in pursuit of the greater goal—a free, united Sudan free from oppression and injustice.

He reaffirmed that the Sudanese Armed Forces, the Joint Forces, and other allied battalions will “remain the shield of the Sudanese people and a force that never surrenders until complete victory is achieved.”
