
Two independent sources reported that the Sudanese army conducted aerial supply drops last week to support its forces stationed in Abu Qumra town and the border city of Al-Tina with Chad.
An informed military source told Darfur24 that the army carried out an air drop for the joint forces in the outskirts of Wadi Hour and several desert areas, delivering ammunition, weapons, and various military equipment, as well as medical supplies.
The source added that another air drop was conducted in Al-Tina city, including medical supplies, cash, and military equipment, alongside reinforcement of military provisions for the joint forces stationed in Abu Qumra in the Karnoi locality.
