Reliable field sources from North Darfur state revealed that the rebellious Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia has set up outposts outside El Fasher, including air-conditioned container units converted into what resemble “secret field hospitals” staffed by foreign doctors.
According to surviving witnesses, the militia detains civilians fleeing the conflict under the pretext of medical assistance, then forcibly collects their blood, extracting between one to two bottles per person, with no humane consideration or proper medical supervision.
Sources indicated that some victims lose consciousness shortly after leaving these sites due to severe blood loss and die en route after being forced to walk long distances without medical aid.
This heinous act is part of a series of serious violations by the RSF against civilians fleeing abuses in El Fasher, including systematic killings, widespread looting, arbitrary arrests, and summary executions, according to reports from local and international human rights organizations.
