The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) announced the deployment of a field mission to El Fasher in North Darfur to assess the deteriorating humanitarian situation and identify urgent needs for populations affected by ongoing conflict, including displacement, lack of basic services, and security challenges that hinder aid delivery.
