Urgent.. The UN Security Council refuses to renew for UNITAMS

The United Nations Security Council on Friday voted against renewal for the United Nations Integrated Transition Assistance Mission in Sudan (UNITAMS) and orders liquidation of its operations in the Sudan as of December the 4th up to February the 4th 2024.
The UN Security Council has meanwhile asked the UN Secretary General to closely monitor the developments in the Sudan and to submit a situation report about the country each 3 months as of coming March,2024
