Sudan’s Al-Hilal Ranks 13 in FIFA

According to the new FIFA classification, Al-Hilal of Sudan ranked 13th, qualifying to play in the 2025 Club World Cup.
FIFA adopted a new classification for participation in the Club World Cup, giving 4 seats to the African continent among 32 teams in the upcoming tournament hosted by the United States of America.
On Sunday, FIFA revealed, through its official account on the “X” website, the ranking of the clubs that will compete for the rest of the qualifying seats for the historically largest edition of the Club World Cup, in which no more than two teams from each country will participate, as the Egyptian Al-Ahly topped the African clubs’ ranking with the highest score.
With 110 points, Wydad Casablanca of Morocco came second with 102 points, as the two teams secured qualification after winning the last two editions of the tournament, while Sun Downs from South Africa came third with 81 points, Esperance Sportive de Tunis fourth with 75 points, and CS Belouizdad of Algeria fifth with 59 points. Al-Hilal of Sudan ranked 13th with 31 points.
