Arrest of the Spokesperson for the Teachers’ Committee in Sudan

The Sudanese Teachers’ Committee reported that a military intelligence force in the city of Port Sudan arrested its spokesperson, Sami Al-Baqer, on Friday and took him to an undisclosed location. The committee, in a press statement, expressed concern for his safety.
