Council of Ministers Orders Opening of Schools and Universities within Three Week Period

A directive issued by Othman Hussein Othman, Prime Minister-designate of governers of safe states, to open universities and schools no later than the thirty-first of this month.

The Council demanded that coordination be made to put the matter into effect with the relevant authorities.
