Sudanese Police Launch New Service for Passport Applicants

The official spokesperson for the Sudanese Police, Brigadier Fath al-Rahman Mohamed al-Toum, announced on Tuesday the launch of a new service (online booking, inquiry, receipt, and electronic payment through banking applications) for obtaining electronic passports.
The General Directorate of Passports and Immigration has designated passport outlets in the Red Sea state, expatriates in Port Sudan, the city of Wad Medani in the Gezira state, and abroad at the Sudanese embassies in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia), Doha (Qatar), and Cairo (Egypt) as outlets for providing the new service.
