Transport Minister Implements Al Burhan’s Instructions on the Land Ports

Acting minister of transport, Hisham Abu Zaid, during his visit to Wadi Halfa City (Saturday), ensured the execution of the instructions of the Head of Sovereignty Council, Lieutenant General Abdelfatah Al Burhan, upon his latest visit to Wad Halfa Land Port. The instructions are represented in increasing working hours in both Argeen Land Port and Crossing Eshkeet to provide a better and swift service to passengers and goods and resolve the issue of government fee payment in all units through flexible payment mechanisms available for all.
The instructions focus on improving and promoting the mechanisms of the land ports’ effectiveness with Egypt, besides reviewing the Procedural sequence of transporting and clearance of goods to follow safety and effectiveness procedures and adhere to the highest followed international standards.
