Clarification from the Federal Ministry of Health Regarding Kidney Dialysis Sessions

The Federal Ministry of Health has announced the arrival of 60,000 kidney dialysis sessions to Port Sudan on Monday, sufficient for approximately one month. The ministry stated that there are around 8,000 kidney patients in Sudan, and the government provides these sessions to them free of charge.
Additionally, the ministry expects the arrival of 152 dialysis sessions from October 25th to November 5th, which will cover two and a half months.
The ministry noted that it had initiated the process of importing another batch of supplies for three more months to ensure the continuity of the dialysis process for the next six months, with the support of the Ministry of Finance and guidance from various partners.
