European Envoy Discusses with Sudanese Leaders Ways to Resolve Crisis

On Thursday, the leaders of the Freedom and Change Alliance (FCA) (Democratic Bloc) discussed ways to resolve the Sudanese crisis with a European envoy in Cairo.

The FCA said: “This Thursday morning, the delegation of the leaders of the FCA (Democratic Bloc), headed by His Hon Jaafar Al-Sadiq Al-Mirghani, Dr Jibril Ibrahim, Mini Arko Minawi, and Dr Nabil Adeeb, held an important meeting with the European envoy to the Horn of Africa, Annette Weber. The meeting discussed the situation in Sudan and the efforts made to stop the war.”

The Democratic Bloc also added: “There was an in-depth dialogue between the delegation and the European envoy about finding solutions to stop the war and initiate a political process with the participation of everyone without exclusion in the Jeddah platform in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with the participation of those who take initiatives in an inclusive platform.”
