French Court Obtain Refuge rights to all Comers from South Darfur

The National Court in France issued a decree that has been supported on Monday to give refuge right to citizens of South Darfur state in West Sudan one of the most affected areas with the war between the SAF and rebelled RSF militia . The court explained that its decision because South Darfur is facing blind violence that to enable its citizens to look refuge in France .

The national court gave the refuge right to those who demand it under the request of branch protect benefit that texted in the European Act) considering that the refugee may face risk when return home .

The court noted that this threat due to the violation status resulted from armed internal dispute and expected to affect the civilians randomly. The court judged in its decision that South Darfur is victim of the blind violence exceptionally.

Till the situation to be changed the decision allows to protect citizens come from South Darfur to France.

This sort of decisions of the National court represents the right in demanding refuge , that judge in applications for refuge , a new case for equivalent cases in France during five years ago.
