At a cost of £3 million of Medical Supply for Dialysis to the States

Medical supply for dialysis was transferred to the states on Thursday targeting 200,000 dialysis at a cost of £3 million and to cover four months.
Acting Federal Minister of Health, Dr. Haytham Mohamed Ibrahim, said that the Ministry, the National Center for Kidney Diseases and Surgery, and the National Fund for Medical Supplies NFMS are coordinating to address the shortage at the kidney centers, pointing out that they received patients from Khartoum, while he indicated to supporting running the centers and providing devices and supplies with a cost of SDGs 250 million.
Ibrahim revealed arrangements to provide dialysis for the next 6 months continuously through medical supplies.
It is worth mentioning that 8,000 patients in Sudan undergoing to free dialysis.
