Professor Ibrahim Ghadour stated to Al Balad News that Al Burhan ‘ speech is comprehensive and excellent
and he put his words in a proper context in a way that does not tolerate interpretation other than its purposes.
It was not expected that a president to announce the break- off of relations with a country or countries in a speech before a summit which aimed to strengthen cooperation.
