Minawi: Genocide in Darfure sponsored by members of UN

The Governor of Darfur region of western Sudan, Mini Arko Minawi, has accused UN member states of providing funding and sponsoring the genocide that takes place against the civilians in Darfur. He denounced the silence of the international community in face of this second genocide of the 21st century
The Governor posted a message in the X platform that reads: In the 21st century, the international community is silently witnessing a second round of genocide in Darfur against communities. This genocide is sponsored and funded by member states of the UN.
Minawi accompanied his post with a video showing militia of the Rapid Support Force burying alive civilians from the Masalit tribe in the town of El Genaina
The Governor of Darfur region had accompanied the President of the Sovereign Council, Abdul Fatah al Burhan during his brief visit to Kenya where they met president William Ruto in the Kenyan Presidential Palace, in Nairobi, Kenya. The delegation returned to the Sudan on Monday
