Mineral Resources Denies sacking employees

The Sudanese Mineral Resources Company denied reports on Saturday claiming that the Director General of the company, Mohamed Taher Omar, has sacked 48 employees within the senior positions in the departments of the company.

The company explained in a press circular that the procedure that was taken was a decision of “internal transfers only” saying that there was no decision issued on firing any employee.
