RSF Attacks UN Premises in Daein

The United Nations Deputy Coordinator for Humanitarian Affairs in Sudan, Toby Harward, on Wednesday announced that a second United Nations facility has been looted and burned in the city of Daein in East Darfur state, western Sudan.
Howard underlined the need to respect the stipulations contained in the Jeddah Declaration to protect civilians, ensure the safety of humanitarian facilities, and facilitate the delivery of humanitarian aid.
Pointing out that this type of attacks on the headquarters of other humanitarian organizations there stopped after interventions from the civil administration in the region and some soldiers.
