Sudan meets Kenya in Opening CECAFA

The Sudanese and Kenyan teams are expected to cut the ribbon for the opening matches of the CECAFA U-18 junior Stars Championship, which begins next Saturday, November 25, in the cities of Kisumu and Kaka Mega.

Sudan plays in the first group alongside Kenya, the organizing country, Somalia, Rwanda and Djibouti, which announced its withdrawal, while the second group includes Uganda, Tanzania, Zanzibar and South Sudan.

According to the tournament system, the first group will be played in the city of Kusumo, while the second group matches will be hosted by the city of Kaka Mega.
