Authorities Seize Specifications-violating Factory

Sudan Events – Nahed Oshi

Sudanese authorities seized a foreign factory working on packing flour and other consumer goods in violation of applicable laws and health requirements.

Meanwhile, large quantities of flour, vermicelli and bottled water were found inside the factory, in addition to boxes containing sewing machine

Authorities have taken the necessary legal measures under Article 8 of the Consumer Protection Law at the Eastern Damer Police Department.

On the other hand, a truck loaded with large quantities of construction materials was seized at the entrance to the city of Al-Damer, coming from Khartoum State, regarding which the necessary legal measures were taken under Articles 100/68 at the Al-Awsat Al-Damer Police Department.
