Local Media attacks Al Hilal Coach
Sudan Event – Ali Al-Taher
Local media, including print press and social media, have led vicious attacks against the Congolese national, Florent Ibenge, who coaches the first football team of the Sudanese club Al-Hilal. They blamed him of causing, through his bad selection of the squad, to lose the game it clashed with o Atletico of Angola. They claimed the coach committed several technical and tactical blunders.
The attackers have not stopped going after the coach even for the coming march when opinion columnists and article writers, as well as technical analysts, directed harsh criticism saying his career with Hilal is tied to the outcome of the game Hilal is to play with Esperance of Tunisia in a real test of his technical abilities that determine the extent of his continuity in his unprotected technical position
They said the coach has kept at the bench with the substitutes each of midfielder Abdel Rauf and defender Tayeb Abdel Razek who could have changed the outcome of the last game on Saturday.
