Directives: Assistance to war-affected civilians

The Director General of the Ministry of Social Development, Khartoum State, Siddiq Freeni, has directed concerned units within his ministry to facilitate the work of those working in the field of humanitarian assistance and to help them reach the targeted communities to provide humanitarian aid to those impacted by the war within the Khartoum state.
He stressed the importance of coordinating the work of agencies with the ministry and to enable organizations and supporting bodies to deliver aid to the targeted communities in residential neighborhoods, praising the efforts of Karari locality, the Services Committees, the Humanitarian Aid Commission, the Red Crescent Society besides other organizations that contributed to alleviating the suffering of citizens, who are victims of the ongoing war.
The executive director of Karari locality pointed to local plan to support the citizens in the locality and those coming from other localities and to provide them with the basic and essential services
