Sudan Events-follow up
The authorities in Gadarif State, eastern Sudan- about 412 km from the national capital Khartoum, have declared a dusk to dawn curfew in all localities, as of this Saturday.
The security committee chaired by the Secretary General of the Government has taken the decision as a precaution in case the militia might attempt to enter the neighboring Gadarif state after its intrusion in Gezira state yesterday.
The market place in the town has been the scene of a massive campaign to arrest anyone suspected of affiliation to the RSF militias.
The town witnessed the spreading of police forces in the various quarters of the town, the capital of the state which ordered the closure of all commercial shops and places in response to the emergency order declared in the state.
