US Calls on UAE to De-Escalate Conflict in Sudan

The US State Department revealed a previous meeting held last Friday in Abu Dhabi, which included National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan and his Emirati counterpart, Sheikh Tahnoun Bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
The Foreign Ministry announced on Monday that the meeting touched on a number of bilateral and regional issues and the need to reduce the escalation of the conflict in Sudan.
The meeting also discussed existing efforts to reach a just and lasting peace between Israelis and Palestinians.
