Director Rabih Youssef expressed his regret at the turn of events in the city of Madani, the incubator of artistic activity. Rabih Youssef, who was residing in a shelter with his family, said, despite the circumstances, we did not bow down and presented the play (Barricades) in order not to be lose his profession and in order to entertain the rest of the displaced, and he added. Yesterday’s unfortunate events made us displaced for the second time, but we still do not know where to go.
Our dreams of coming together as dramatists and presenting theatrical performance as well as for Madani to be an incubator for the arts, have also evaporated.
