The Book Club session for this week was held at the Volunteer Hub Organization headquarters in Cairo.

The session started with the attendees introducing themselves and a general question about reading and books.

The discussion then moved on to the book “Your Psychological Issues: Your Eternal Prison” which was the focus of the session.

We talked about the contracts mentioned in the book, with some examples given to clarify the topics further.

They also talked about the negative effects of comfort and dependency behavior, and learned about phrases that make a person feel inadequate, which some consider normal. The Youth discussed whether social media is a center for body image issues, and whether love stories are just built on feeling of deficiencies.
It was an unusual and deep session in its content. We leave you with some pictures of it.
