Arab League: Voluntary work, Pillar of Development

The Delegated Minister of the League of Arab States, Ambassador Mohamed Khair Mohamed Khair, considered voluntary work one of the pillars of development, promotion, building societies, and raising awareness due to the Arab League’s interest in voluntary work and its keenness to strengthen it, reviewing Sudan’s positions in support of the Arab League and its various systems, particularly the media.
The Arab Union for Voluntary Work expressed its deep regret over the bloody battles that Sudan has been witnessing since mid-April. The Qatari Dr. Youssuf Al-Kazim head of the union, said that the sad thing about this war is that the Sudanese are fighting among themselves. Al-Kazim expressed in his statements on the sidelines of a forum for volunteer and media work organized by Professor Abdul-Wahab Al-Sisi, at his medical complex in the city of Dokki in the Egyptian capital, Cairo, expressed his wishes for peace, security and stability to return to Sudan. He reviewed the efforts of the Arab Union to develop volunteer work in the Arab region, and appreciated the growing efforts that Dr. Abdul-Wahab Al-Sisi has been making in the field of volunteer work, describing it as winning business with God Almighty.
Meanwhile, the media advisor to the Egyptian Arab Union for Voluntary Work, Dr. Wael Mohamed Reda, revealed arrangements to hold a forum for Sudanese media professionals and journalists present in Egypt to deliberate on the role of the media in volunteer work.
Professor Abdul Wahab Al-Sisi pointed to the importance of voluntary work in helping those in need.
