The price of an ounce of gold globally today, Thursday, recorded $3,000, while a gram of 24 Carat gold in the Egyptian goldsmiths’ market recorded about 3,667 Egyptian pounds.
The price of a gram of 22 Carat gold reached about 3,215 pounds, while the price of a gram of 21 Carat gold reached about 3,210 pounds, and 2751 pounds the price of a gram of 18 carat gold.
As for one gram of 14 Carat gold, it reached about 2,140 Egyptian pounds, and the gram of 12 Carat costs about 1,800 Egyptian pounds, while the price of the gold pound reached about 25,680 Egyptian pounds.
