Follow-ups by Sudan Events revealed that the Sudanese pound suffered unprecedented losses in value, following the decline in its exchange rate against foreign currencies.
The price of the dollar in parallel market trading (Tuesday) reached 1,110 pounds, and 1,050 pounds in banks, while the price of the Saudi riyal reached 292 pounds, the UAE dirham reached 297 pounds, and the Qatari riyal reached 296 pounds.
