Bahrain Wins over Jordan , Qualifies for Round of 16 of the Asian Cup

The Bahrain national team defeated its Jordanian team with an unanswered goal in the final round of the group stage of the 2023 Asian Cup at Khalifa International Stadium in Qatar.

With this result, the Bahrain national team qualified for the round of 16 of the 2023 Asian Cup.

The match witnessed the focus of play in the midfield for most of the match, without posing a threat to the goals of the two teams.

The Bahraini team succeeded in scoring the only goal in the 34th minute after Abdullah Yousef, the team’s striker, went one-on-one with the goalkeeper, giving his country the advantage in the match.
