Al-Merreikh Launches its Preparations in Cairo, Camps in Saudi Arabia

The management of the Sudanese Al-Merreikh Club decided today, Saturday, to launch the preparation of the first football team in the Egyptian capital, Cairo, without specifying the official date for gathering the list of players.

The source confirmed that the technical staff led by national coach Ibrahim Hussein “Ibrahimah” agreed to launch preparations in Cairo before traveling to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to hold a preparatory camp for two months.

Al-Merreikh Sudan had suspended the football team’s activity for about 4 and a half months, since its exit from the current version of the African Champions League.
