Sudanese rap singer Mo Ali performed with his band Rootsriders in the largest halls in France, the Olympia Hall in Paris.

Mo said that playing there is every band’s dream, and Mo wrote on his Facebook page that it was the second time for them:

Olympia holds a special place in the hearts of musicians and music lovers alike. It has been the stage for some of the most famous performances in music history.

We had the opportunity to add our name to that list.

The way to Olympia was long and full of challenges, but the trip was deserved it.

We’ve come a long way to reach this milestone, but it’s the enthusiasm and energy we showed performing in front of over 1,500 people that keeps us going.

This was a momentous occasion for us and we can’t wait to rock the stage with our music.
