Arab Exporters and Importers Union Facilitates Companies Business

The Acting Minister of the Interior, Khalil Pasha Sairin, has called on the Arab Exporters and Importers Union – the Council of Arab Economic Unity, to activate its role in supporting the country economically. During his meeting (Tuesday) in Port Sudan with the Executive Director of the Union, Dr. Mohammad Abdul Rahim Ali, he discussed the arrangements related to the work of the Union.
For his part, the CEO of the Union said that Sudan is currently suffering from a severe economic crisis and devastation due to the war, revealing that the Union is working to facilitate the work of national companies and overcome their known problems resulting from the war.
He appreciated the role of the Minister of the Interior and his interest in light of the war crisis that the country is currently going through. He also praised the role of the Customs Authority, represented by Lieutenant General Adam Al-Nour, head of the Customs Forces, and the officers working in facilitating the procedures of national companies and the departments of customs clearers in Port Sudan. Dr. Mohammad Abdul Rahim Ali underlined the joint cooperation between the Ministry of Interior and the Union.
