Badriya Suleiman Calls for women ‘ Involvement in all Peace Processes

Head of Arab Women Leaders Union, Dr. Badriya Suleiman, said International Women’s Day comes this year in light of the challenges facing Sudan, and she stressed the ability of women to participate in the reconstruction of Sudan, as women are half of the world’s population, and therefore half of its potential.
She added, therefore, it is important to achieve justice between the two gender in sense that human diversity is the basis of life.
Men and women are equal, both of them enjoy eligibility. Obligation and eligibility to perform: Women’s capabilities must be enhanced and their energies must be unleashed to participate in society and be workers and socially and economically competent.
She recommended that women’s organizations have an effective role in protecting women, participating in reconstruction, empowering women, and integrating them into all peace processes.
