The presence of a significant number of members of the Aqad Al-Jallad singing band encouraged an attempt to reconstitute the band with the existing members, but there were complications that prevented this.
Former band member Awadallah Bashir announced earlier his intention and his colleague Osman Al-Naw to form a singing band in Cairo that includes new talents in addition to the existing members.
The band member, Anwar Abdel Rahman, expressed his willingness to join the new formation of the proposed singing group in Cairo.
Awad Al-Jallad singing band is considered the last standing singing band , despite the many attempts to break up the contract, but it remained steadfast even after the departure of one of its founders and pillars, musician Osman Al-Naw who left it and went on to form the “Rai” band, in addition to the departure of several members due to various circumstances. The decision to leave the artist Shammat Mohamed Nour, one of the founding members, in late 2019, was a shock news to everyone, and all attempts to bridge distances and keep him in the group failed to prevent him.
After the insistence and attempts at that time from the elders Al-Qaddal and Sharhabeel Ahmed, a “truce” occurred that dissolved the barriers and temporarily restored the group’s pride, as the contract had a project that had moral value before artistic value.
Shamat’s departure from the band (Ahd Al-Jallad) these days clearly demonstrates the end of the truce and that Shamat’s departure has become a reality.
The new band’s participation in events in Cairo demonstrates that the project has been under arrangement over the past months, and despite the heartbreak that befell the band’s fans, they wished ( The era of the executioner) as a new successful experiment, like all bands that, even if separated by conditions were brought together by the executioner.
Yesterday, Friends of Aqad Al-Jallad said in an explanatory statement affirming that Shamat’s departure has now become a reality after his appearance with a new group. The statement confirmed that Aqad Al-Jallad is a voice that will not be absent and that the group’s support for it will not end.
Adding : We have deep respect and unconditional support for those who contributed to the glory industry.
The green ones are poets, composers, founders, and former members, because the contract is legitimate, and everyone who passed through the project and contributed to it is a light in the darkness of time, and those who are imbued with the meaning of beautiful song and sit on the executioner’s horn must make love, peace, and brotherhood a title, and not forget the fact that we love, and those who love There is no way to disagree with them.
Every project for the Beautiful Word is our project, and we wish Shammat success in his new project.
However, since its second concert, the new group has continued to face criticism and attacks, as the singer Awad Allah Bashir, a former member of the group, wrote on his Facebook page: I see no justification for the major critic that the band (Ahd Al-Jallad) was subjected to, led by the singer Shammat Mohamed Nour, in its second appearance to the public under exceptional circumstances.
He said: I believe that the singer Shammat and the band made a great effort to catch up and satisfy the pressure and requests of the organizers of Ramadan shows, in which production bodies compete to present regular and regular entertainment programs and evening parties every Ramadan.
He pointed out that the attached video is of the first concert at the Jalal Al-Sharqawi Theater.
During the past month of Shaban, the performance was appropriate and even good for youth, whose preparation exercises did not last more than two months, compared to the mother executioner’s contract, for which preparation for its appearance continued for more than three years. He explained
“In group singing, we rely on the quality of the mass of the human voice, and this mass depends on technical aids and elements provided by the conditions and environment of the performance…and the preparation of the hall, which includes materials for building the hall, the engineering preparation of the sound processors inside the hall, and testing the echo rates inside the hall in both cases when it is empty and after it is filled with the audience so that it can be repaired.”
A hall for carrying out musical and singing performances, in addition to the quality and distribution of sound equipment and the skill of the sound engineer… and the necessity of conducting a sound test before the show, along with reading calculations of the difference between the hall at the time of sound rehearsal and when it is filled with the audience,
Addition to the degree of loudness of the sounds of the instruments accompanying the singing and reviewing their tuning and the general level, the levels of audience noise during the performance, the singer’s experience, and his possession of the presentation tools…all of these factors make the sound lose its stability and cause dissonance and lack of focus.
